What does my order status mean?

In My Orders, you can easily find each order you've placed and its current status. On your order details page, various help options will be available based on your order status.

Please see the table below to learn what options are available to you at each stage of your order.

My Order Status Is: That Means: Right Now I Can:
Awaiting payment Your order is currently incomplete, awaiting payment. Once we've received your payment, we will confirm it within 24 hours and begin processing your order. --Complete payment

--Delete this order
Paid (waiting purchase) Your payment has been received and your order will be handled within 24 hours. For getting your order smoothly, please pay attention to your order status. --Check order progress
--Resolve a payment issue
--Cancel this order*
--Request a change of shipping address
--Inquire about customs duties
Processing Pending Your order will be handled in 24 hours by our operator. --Check order progress
--Resolve a payment issue
--Cancel this order*
--Request a change of shipping address
Processing Our operator has checked your items and is buying for you now.
Purchased Our operator has bought the product for you and sends it to our warehouse
Arrived Your products have arrived at our warehouse. After we inspect and take photo, they will send to you.
All Shipped Your order has been packaged and sent to the shipping address you provided, learn more about the estimated delivery date. --Resolve a payment issue

--Report missing or wrong products
--Inquire about customs duties
Cancelled This order has been cancelled. --Resolve a payment issue (for refunds)
Refunded You could check the refund log information if you accept refund to e-wallet. For refund to credit card, please wait 10 to 18 days. --
